Interview
Initial assessment was scheduled over email only, no other contact, HR consultant have no indication of what was required. Consultant was late for appointment, I waited alone in the foyer for 15 minutes, no help from reception. HR was as usual cold & wanted to get assessment over as soon as possible. No indication given after of what was next, I was just told that they'd contact me if I was 'successful' at the tests & Theberton asked to leave... Really strange? Apparently they do this to protect 'trade secrets'??? Waiting for a callback...
It was an interesting process. Initial interview followed by assessment and final panel interview. Human resources representive was present to assess if the cultural fit for organization was going to work
Typical interview process. Spoke with the recruiter regarding the role, I was then screened by a company person for the role. The interview occurred online on zoom and lasted about 30 mins.

HR Screen + Two rounds 1 with hiring manager + other devs + 1 on 1 with a different hiring manager.
Interview mostly consisted of going over my prior experiences + my domain knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and asked good questions.
