They hire candidate for bond with a period of 6months and one original document need to be submitted with them beforing joining
First they ask you to introduce about yourself then give a short description about responsibility of recruiter
Then to speak on one topic which they will provide,salary discussion etc.

about education based question, given one topic on which we have to speak.
