Interview
It was weird to say the least. The person interviewing had a weird sense of entitlement and kept reiterating that they were the best people and were looking for the best.

Question 1
Behavioral questions and general culture fit questions.
1st round phone screening, 2nd round “raw skills assessment” asking to research and figure and then find arguments to rebut their statements for a client. They wanted it to be really in depth.
Interview process was very personalized and comfortable. Company seemed very interested in having the right person for the culture instead of filling a chair. Interview lasted two rounds. Offer was delayed, but it was communicated ahead of time that would be the case due to pre-planned circumstances.
