I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Exchange in Feb 2022
Interview
I had applied for the role via a LinkedIn job post, subsequently, HR reached out to me via email. While connecting over the phone call, she had mentioned the interview process (number of rounds), what I can expect during the interview process.
My second interview round did not go so well (so I knew I won't have the final round). Subsequently, HR called me to let me know that I am not shortlisted for the further interview process, which was very nice and forthcoming, coz I have been ghosted by loads of HR. The fact that I received a call to let me know the feedback was in itself an amazing experience.
Extremely humble team !!
2 technical rounds.
First round is fine and good and revolved around html/css/js/react/redux concepts.
Second round, it's just pathetic experience I would say.
Interviewer is not ready at all. He is just doing Google search and asking the questions that too very irrelevant.
Asking the traditional questions which are of no use these days at all.
If we have to do that way, then there is no point in using React or Angular or any modern frameworks.
Also if I had given some answer and interviewer doesn't know about that he was doing Google search and when get to know that he got to know something new. Rather than accepting that thing he's making the candidate that candidate is partially correct or so.
You can not beat Google searched questions on the fly.
