Interview
This is a process in which the interview is conducted. Generally, for experienced professionals, company colleagues will recommend to the partner or service leaders, and then interviewees can directly be interview by their future team managers and partners, and if successful, the offers are given to interviewees quite quickly.
This following process is for campus recruitment.

Really long process; after a verbal offer, I got ghosted and now the offer is rescinded because my expected salary is higher than that of another candidate:) Very disappointing and discouring experience
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
