Deloitte national leadership conference was the interview process for me - performed several case studies and simulations to show soft skills. Overall, not bad in terms of difficulty and was comfortable environment
The interview process was well organized, and the interviewers were professional and approachable throughout. The overall experience was smooth, with clear communication at each stage. The complete process took around 1–2 weeks and consisted of multiple rounds, including technical and HR discussions, depending on the role and business unit.

assessment centre was just a typical group activity to determine what projects are worth pursuing based on budget with a small twist at the end

Nice, and clear. Began with HR interview round, then had an interview with manager which included a IT based case study for the APA role for en entry level career starter. Process was clear and was always notified regarding next steps.
