Referral - I got the phone screen first. There were just normal behavior questions like why are you interested in assurance. After two weeks later, I got email to have an office visit. On that day, I met two partners. The process were very smoothly, and they are very nice. I got offer one day after onsite interview.

The recruitment process was exceptionally efficient, and the interviewer maintained a professional, polite demeanor throughout. They conducted a comprehensive evaluation, covering both technical competencies and HR-related behavioral questions. I felt confident during the exchange and successfully answered approximately 80% of the inquiries.
Prep for a case and motivation interviews, a lot of questions are the similar so prep with a lot of stories, case itself is fine just remember to time control and focus on the task and focus on the process
Very easy process. Interviewer well prepared and very understanding. Great process overall and can recommend it to anyone interested in this field. Also very timely on response time and very clear throughout the whole process.
