Interview
Two interviews were conducted. The first one with HR went off very well. The second on was with a Manager in the Org. Transformation practice. I was very un impressed by her. She was not prepared for the interview and had little if any interviewing skills.
The three-stage process included a case study and involved meeting several team members. Overall, it was a positive experience although the recruiter took a while to inform me about the offer.
The interview process was long and slow. Took a lot of time to connect, but was worth the effort. The interviews were good and informative, but the turn around time was high, had to wait for good 2 months to hear back
