After the first phone interview with the recruiter to describe the position and what would be required of the position there was an onsite interview with two managers from the department that the job would be working for. After the onsite interview with the two managers I received a follow up call later that day with an offer from the recruiter. After salary was negotiated there was a mandatory drug test after which I was given my start date.
