One on campus interview.
Second interview on campus.
Each candidate gets their own curtained section that they sit at. They rotate interviewers. The interviewers ask very casual questions. They mostly want to know what you are like and if you are a good fit for the Dell culture. Definitely have a good rundown of your resume, why you are interested in Dell, and what makes you a leader.

Interview
I met them at our university career fair and had an on campus interview the same week. The process was seamless and I was very nervous as this was my first professional interview but found myself to be comfortable throughout the process.
