The process began with pre-screening including submission of my previous salary slips with a technical assignment followed by an interview. I invested significant time into the project and provided all requested documentation. Despite multiple follow-up emails post-interview, the company completely ghosted me. Extremely unprofessional to require an assignment and then provide zero feedback or even a standard rejection. This review is only for the HR part while the interviewers did a sold work and gave me feedback on things I didn't know. Such interactions unnecessarily tarnish the image of the company.
