The interview was fairly basic, asking for examples of previous experience and competency questions. This ranged from giving a time when I have worked in a team to working in a customer facing position. After doing the initial application questions online, this interview was the only one I had.

The interview process consisted of an online questionnaire, a phone interview, a group interview, a solo Interview and then being asked to go onto shop floor to provide someone with assistance to demonstrate good customer service skills
