Had an interview with a disorganized interviewer who didn't know how to ask questions and seemed very unprepared. Followed up and never received any emails back. The organization's mission is great but the hiring process is not.
Phone interview, the employee was very nice and willing to explain the role to me. Formal but not too intimidating. A really great conversation around a cause we were both very passionate about.

I submitted a cover letter and resume, and they reached out about a phone interview. The interview did not feel incredibly formal. I stumbled a lot and was still offered the position at the end of the call.
