I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at David's Bridal
Interview
I filled out one of those ridiculous personality tests online. It was long. If you answer the questions as if you are the most task-oriented, positive person on the planet, you'll "pass." Just play the game. (and that's why those tests are dumb). About a week later I got a call to come in for an interview. Everyone at the store was really nice. They asked about past experience with customer service and explained the job. I came in to shadow and then got hired.
