Interview
It was a fairly lengthy interview. Nothing extremely difficult. I was interviewed by two managers at once, but often you are interviewed by one or two managers, and then possibly another manager, and finally your store manager.

Question 1
Several "tell me about a time when..." type questions. And strength and weakness questions. Such as tell me about a time you handled multiple customers at a time, what was the outcome? Tell me about a time you had a difficult situation to handle at work? etc.
It was very straightforward - they looked over my resume and asked a few questions. It was just a few minutes long and largely entailed them going over the position and the schedule.
An hour process with questions about personality/styling. They made you select a bridal outfit to get a sense of your style. They also asked basic interview questions like strengths/weaknesses and more.

Interview
It was a super easy interview process. Went in for one interview and was hired within a week. This was my first job and I had no experience in sales prior to this.
