I had two interviews with members of the Talent team Via Zoom for a Talent Acquisition position. Both were friendly and promising calls, however I was then completely ghosted despite sending follow up emails.
Ich wurde zunächst per LinkedIn angeschrieben, und daraufhin habe ich dann das erste Interview vereinbart. Zunächst war es nur Personal Fit und dann im zweiten Interview musste ich zwei Cold Calls demonstrieren. Insgesamt eine nette Atmosphäre

Interview
Very much skill and experience-based questions(too much about operational) rather than questions requiring strategic thinking for the people manager role.
Asked questions around applications of AI, what and how to measure KPIs. 4 interviews in total. It begins with the first discovery call with talent acquisition manager, hiring manager interview, challenge interview, and finally culture fit check.
