I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DataCamp (New York, NY) in Apr 2021
Interview
Call with recruiter, then VP of sales, then mock sales presentation (this has changed to presenting one of your past deals from your current role since my interview but when I went I had to present DataCamp to DataCamp). The new approach is better.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DataCamp
Interview
A Long application process with rejection, which could have come within a week.
Application at the end of January, Rejection after 2 interviews and 2 months later.
Applied for a 100% remote position.
Rejection after 2 online meetings.
Suggestion for improvement: The application process took far too long, I had to proactively ask after each interview what the status was. (approx. 1-2 weeks later)
I am actually grateful for the final rejection, as I assume that other issues could also take this long.
About my current profile:
Several applications in progress, Several interviews already conducted.

Great process. Very detailed and thorough, while timely and smooth. I was able to meet with other members of the team and talk openly about their experience here. So it was a transparent, two-way conversation.
