A Long application process with rejection, which could have come within a week.
Application at the end of January, Rejection after 2 interviews and 2 months later.
Applied for a 100% remote position.
Rejection after 2 online meetings.
Suggestion for improvement: The application process took far too long, I had to proactively ask after each interview what the status was. (approx. 1-2 weeks later)
I am actually grateful for the final rejection, as I assume that other issues could also take this long.

Great process. Very detailed and thorough, while timely and smooth. I was able to meet with other members of the team and talk openly about their experience here. So it was a transparent, two-way conversation.
