Some smart people, but they're bleeding talent fast

Cons

The founders aren't good people and it shows in the culture, the hires, and the leadership. Meetings are hostile, politics run the show, and people spend more time covering themselves than doing real work. No internal promotions, longer hours, and senior leadership that is largely incompetent. Some leaders can't keep a direct report for more than a year. That should tell you everything.
