Interview process was divided into 5 steps. Step 1. Portfolio Review. Step 2. English interview. Step 3. Design test tasks. Step 4. HR and future mentor interviews. Step 5. Final design test. Each step helped me to understand my own possibilities and experience. Thanks a lot.
