Interview
An interview consists of 2 parts: communication skills check (personal interview with English teacher with helpful feedback) and kind of algorithmic test -- there were list of functions, and I've should describe their attitude, and with some of them the way how to improve it, also with helpful feedback.
Both interviewers were open and friendly, were trying to give helpful feedback for my own skill improvement.

The whole Interview was held in friendly atmosphere. I haven't seen such a respectful relation to a candidate before. This is the first Interview where I didn't feel like a pupil having an exam. That was a very pleasant and interesting talk which contained complex and wide questions for many topics

Second one was the technical interview.
Third one was with HR Managers

The interviewing process can be described as not complicated, combining good overall interviewee's knowledge review and enjoyable form of the process itself. Both me and my potential mentor were satisfied
