Interview
Overall good mix of basic to advanced software engineering concept testing questions. Lots of puzzles and personality questions. The company does focus on the candidate being a good cultural fit so be ready for some questions based on that. For more senior/experienced candidates more system level questions are asked.

You will also be tested on your ability to adapt new technologies and learn on the fly since you are expected to work in a competitive consulting role. QA, DevOps experience in additional to pure development is highly valued.

There was an initial phone screening and then a technical interview where we just went over the code for a personal project I created. After that some behavioral questions and that was it.
