Darien Technology interview questions

I had an interview with HR, a technical interview, a technical test with a 4-day period starting on a weekday, I passed and nothing. After 3 months, after I insisted on an answer, they said that there is no active position to hire me. Then why making an hiring proccess? Extreme lack of respect.
