Had a brief phone call and preliminary interview. Then scheduled a face to face interview with one of their representatives and Mark Rantapaa (their manager of the Black Hills). Asked standard interview questions and went over what they were offering with the position. Proceeded to tour their facility and meet their geology team (out lined where I would work and with whom). Said they'd be in touch after looking at other candidates.
