I had a call first with one of the founders, after which I was asked to provide a short case study and then invited to a second interview in person. I was asked if I wanted to continue and told that they would reach out to me after all interviews were concluded by the end of the following week. I did not hear anything when the deadline passed and the following week reached out to ask them to confirm if the process had moved forward. I was told to wait due to people travelling and not managing to go through all candidates for another week after which I again did not hear back from them. I found this quite disrespectful as I was kept waiting without any answer. It is not that hard to say we moved on with a different applicant.
