2 rounds of interviews. One is a screening process over the phone. The second is a face to face interview with 3-5 people. Technical and behavioral questions. Offers usually follow within 1 week of the final step.

It was a 30 mins interview with basic HR quest asked and questions related to your projects. Also prepare for everything mentioned in your resume. Prepare for the job post and read the job description and mould your answers accordingly.

Got contacted by DXC employee thru LinkedIn, he referred me. The same day, I got contacted by DXC HR and conducted initial interview. He then scheduled me for Hiring Manager/Tech Interview 2 days later. After passing the interview (happened on Friday), by Monday HR told me I passed and presented JO. After that it was contract signing. To summarize: Initial Interview -> Hiring Manager / Technical Interview-> Job Offer -> Contract Signing
