Interview
First round was telephone - Technical discussion.
Then they have called for face to face discussion with Manager.
It was a nice meeting. Manager have given the information about the project and the type of resource they are looking for the project. Then they have asked me to wait for some time for HR discussion. But instead of HR it was another project manager and he has stated that whatever discussion I had with another manager that position is filled by another internal candidate. So now the position is available in his project with was a maintenance and support project. So I have asked him so that I could decide either I should go for support project or not as I have worked only in development projects. Later HR came and asked me to leave for the day and he will get back to me on Monday or Tuesday with another development project that was very dramatic situation HR has formed. No calls after that. Sent many emails but no response.
Felt it was a waste of time. There office also is 2 kilometers inside of that MPEZ campus in Tambaram. If you don't have your bike or not going by booked cab or auto. Then you will get frustrated.

Question 1
1st Technical discussion- Core Java, Threads, Spring MVC, HTML was the major area they have asked.
2nd Managerial discussion- About myself and the technical overview of mine on different technologies and the current project information.
HR Interview about 1 hr its easy all in english
Technical Interview about 2 hrs about java basic , oop , database and design patterns , no algorithms , its fine interview in english and arabic
The interview process is start directly with Tech Interview, with coding test for about 30 minutes and tech question for 30 minutes.
Simple algorithm test for live coding.
The interviewer was nice and explain the question in detail

Iter durato circa 2 mesi.
2 colloqui conoscitivi, 2 colloqui tecnici, 1 colloquio HR.
Dopo l'ultimo con l'HR mi è stato detto che gli ero piaciuto e l'iter era stato positivo. Mi è stato chiesto di condividere la mia busta paga (in chiaro, con tutti i dati, per salvarla sulla loro piattaforma) e sarei stato ricontattato per offerta.
Poi son spariti. Passato 1 altro mese ho chiesto feedback mi è stato detto che "non avevano reputato il mio profilo adatto".
Al di la della poca professionalità, mostratevi piu' disponibili se richiedete ai candidati di impegnare così tanto tempo nell'iter e soprattutto di condividere dati sensibili .
