No interview was done due to the company hr policy . Realignment of business as decided by corporate leadership - hence special situation. Hence this is not valid
Interview process is long and takes many months, Even people who interview are not great and knowledge is limited to their work and not great outside not a great experience
It was very basic for the level of seniority they were looking for. Did not feel like a smart interview. It could have been better. Also there was no clarity given on role.
