I came to an open call and they were very nice, but I didn't quite feel cool enough to work there. They never called me back. I got the feel that they thought I might be overqualified, but they never provided me with any feedback.

Very casual conversation in their store. Not entirely sure what they were looking for, as I didn't get the job. My guess is that they want to see someone who is ready to commit more to the brand.
