the interview was 3 parts. I received the offer 3 weeks after my first interview. The recruiter was great and the management treated me extremely fair. I think the interview process at DLT is challenging, yet fair. I prepared myself with questions, which I suggest for any interview, not only with DLT.
After talking with HR via phone interview we had a scheduled interview with mgmt. HR followed up after with extremely detailed directions, FAQs, and instructions. My only complaint is that one of the managers was 30 minutes late to their interview without explanation or apology. It was quick easy and well constructed as an overall process.

Interview
The interview process was personable yet to the point. It didn’t make me feel like I was being interrogated unlike other companies. The employees that did my interview process answered all questions I had and went above and beyond my expectations. Very pleased!
