First, filled out a questionnaire, then a brief phone screening interview, then an in-person panel interview with three employees, then another in-person panel interview with two senior employees and an excel and writing test.
I made it to the final round of interviews, through the testing, and then didn't hear anything from them for a month... I sent three follow-up emails asking when I could expect to hear back and got no answer until finally the HR person called me after my third email and said they went with someone else. I asked for feedback, but never received it. VERY RUDE considering I put so much time and energy into the two interviews and testing. The least they could do was tell those who weren't selected that they went with another candidate and provide feedback...
