They reached out to me over Triplebyte. Was one of the few companies that seemed to actually read a bit about me and personalize their message. The role they suggested had a mid-level title though, and I had been a Tech Lead and CTO multiple times at this point, as well as run more start-ups than the founders, so I was skeptical about Cylera in a few ways, but thought I could take an intro call at least. Unfortunately, the interviewer never showed up to the interview that they themselves scheduled on my calendar... On top of Triplebyte's reminder emails, I also sent multiple emails at the time of the scheduled interview, as well as called the number they listed multiple times to no response. At the very end of the scheduled slot, I got an email back saying the call wasn't in their calendar -- this despite choosing the slot themselves and getting several emails and calls about it. I didn't find this particularly respectful of my unpaid time, and was already skeptical for reasons listed above, so I decided not to proceed with them.
