it was with owner, and HR.. just asked me basic troubleshooting and HR. questions, Hr ran me down my Previous job history.. talked for about an hour regarding different technologies with the owner and there current engineers

Interview
I submitted a resume via email and received a call scheduling a phone interview. The phone interview was brief and friendly. Was asked to come in and complete an application and interview with staff. It was nice and comfortable setting. I was also given a tour with a detailed description of my responsibilities.
