Overall the interview process is very clear, HR will contact you around 3-4 times in a week. I had 4 rounds of interviews for this role. But when it came time for final decision they kept me on hold for more than a month citing various reasons like busy schedule yet to take final decision, you are a very good candidate and you have a strong interview feedback. My suggestion is don't trust CrowdStrike until you have the offer letter in your hand. I have lost another opportunity because they kept me on hold and always kept in touch through calls saying we are almost taking a final decision on your candidature. HR has promised they will update me as soon they will get the final call either on hiring side or rejection. But till today there is no update on this. Till the time they need candidate , they will contact you almost a daily basis but when it comes to get feedback they even don't bother to provide feedback and respond back.
