The interview process was average but It was good and friendly they have usually 3 rounds in the first round, and it is mostly behaviour based and after the first round they replied within a week if you are selected for next otherwise they don't.
The interview process took over a month and involved multiple stages, including recruiter 2-3 calls, manager interview, a mock exercise, and a final panel presentation.
While communication from the recruiting team was good, the overall process felt unnecessarily long given the level of the role and the amount of preparation required from candidates.
The panel itself felt cold and one-sided, with varying levels of engagement from the interviewers. The final feedback centered around enterprise sales concepts despite these areas not being clearly emphasized throughout the earlier stages of the process.
The lengthy timeline, combined with seeing hiring announcements appear during the interview cycle, made it difficult to understand how open the process remained for candidates progressing through the later stages.
Overall, the evaluation criteria only became fully apparent at the very end, after a significant investment of time and effort.

Question 1
How would you approach a complex buying process involving multiple stakeholders? Why cybersecurity, Why sales etc.
After chatting with a recruiter, my first interview was to be a panel interview with the other 2 managers I'd work alongside as well as the boss. He showed up over 15mins+ late, never came on camera, sounded like he was traveling in a car, asked a few questions (things we had already discussed) then jumped off. Yes I initially came in off a referral but it seemed like they only interviewed me as a curtesy vs real interest. If you aren't going to show up, then don't set it up,
