Interview
I made 6 interviews in total: HR, Skype, Technical, two for Management and Soft skills. All process took around 2 and a half months.
I was called by a recruiter who presented me the opportunity and accompanied me all over the process by explaining every step, by sending me useful information and suggesting me how to prepare. This was really helpful and the feeling was that they were very interested in my profile.

There were no trap questions. A lot of scenario questions: What will you do in this case? How do you handle that?
A lot of question about my motivation, my expectation, my personality.
On the technical interview, there was an exercise on designing a scalable system.
