I had a fairly quick interview process. Shortly after submitting my application, I was invited to an initial interview with a senior HR representative. The next step was a panel interview with a group that included the Director of Customer Service and two team leads. The interview focused on my job-related experience, and I also took a written test that involved scenario-based questions related to customer service. The overall experience was positive and I felt comfortable throughout. Although I didn't move forward after the second interview, they added me to their talent pool. About a month later, I received and accepted an offer for a Customer Service Representative position.

Interview
First stage was to answer some basic questions via one way video. That's the first time I'd done that so it was different but I feel like as a PM presentation is part of my job so it fit. Second interview was with the recruiter who was delightful. I interviewed with the VP of Product which was pretty standard situational questions and discussion of past projects and background. Final interview was a panel with design, engineering, and product. This was as much about cultural fit as anything. Final details and negotiation was with the VP of Ops who was very engaged and genuinely concerns about the fit and my happiness going in.

Applied online. Contacted for interview. However, it was a 1 way video interview. They provided maybe 20 questions to answer with webcam. Such a pain. Spent hours preparing and recording the answers. Moved to second stage, which was a Zoom meeting with their HR person. She was rude, cut me off when I was in the middle of my sentences and overall unpleasant. As someone applying as a very experienced candidate (one could even argue overqualified) she was belittling, and openly judgmental. Did my best to build rapport and get her to open up about what she liked about CRC but based on her demeanor I knew she wouldn’t be moving me forward. Honestly, it’s probably for the best.
