I had a fairly quick interview process. Shortly after submitting my application, I was invited to an initial interview with a senior HR representative. The next step was a panel interview with a group that included the Director of Customer Service and two team leads. The interview focused on my job-related experience, and I also took a written test that involved scenario-based questions related to customer service. The overall experience was positive and I felt comfortable throughout. Although I didn't move forward after the second interview, they added me to their talent pool. About a month later, I received and accepted an offer for a Customer Service Representative position.
