Face to Face interview, and then Calling. They asked me about HR Policies and thing that i know in this field. They also asked me about my work profile in my previous company. They were very keen to know how could i contribute to their organisation. They were also inquiring about my consistency and the level of rooming and punctuality. They are Happy to hire me. I am lucky to be a part of this Organisation.
