It was a well thought out and planned interview process. The interviewer was really keen on establishing whether I have the skills needed, I have the capacity to learn and if it is aligned with my goals.

Transparent. Good communication throughout the process. Recruiter kept giving updates with the interview process. Did a phone interview first then I was called in for a test that will test accuracy.
