Telephonic interview, the lady interviewing seemed okay. She asked me for an assignment and then ghosted me. After several follow-ups i got an reply saying they were going ahead with other candidates. I dont understand why they have to ghost people to waste their time, they could just clarify by either saying yes or a no.
