Copper Spectrum interview questions

I met with the hiring manager in the office park. The office is in a good location just off of 610. He was very polite, explained the job well. The pay and benefits don't necessarily sound great, but the possibility of upwards mobility in the company seems very strong. It also seemed like new hires were expected to put in overtime hours fairly consistently

Fast paced. Looking for people who can start right away, and are willing to get you going as soon as possible. Also provide paid training. Professional from start to finish, and challenge you to think about what you truly want from a job.
