Contango interview questions

There was lack of clarity about the interview stages and what to expect in each step, despite reaching out to HR in advance, I did not receive any context about what to expect, although reaching third interview (2nd technical interview). During the interview, I felt that the discussion became judgmental without any understanding of my background, responsibilities, or the real-world constraints typical in a startup or fast-paced product environment. The tone and style of questioning felt more like judgment than a collaborative evaluation of fit and skills.
