Interview
I was contacted via email to participate in a screening online interview. After that, I had to write a peace of copy. After I passed both stages, I was supppse to have an online interview with the company owners. I joined an online meeting from which I was disconnected due to their bad Internet connection after 30 seconds. They never called me back.
I was interviewed together with two other candidates so it was quite a stressful experience. It felt like a scrutiny and there was no room for expressing our values in a constructive way. There were three interview steps.
