Interview
Following standard CV/cover letter application, had informal sit-down interview, followed by the drafting of two test articles, and then a final interview to discuss terms. It was easy going and relatively pressure free, there was less an emphasis on "how can we trip this guy up", and more a focus on figuring out how to accommodate someone's skills into the workplace.

Interview
After sending my C.V., I received a pre-interview phone call from the owner/CEO during which a brief discussion of my background and reasons for applying took place. I was invited for an in-person interview with the owner. During the in-person interview I was informed that a written test would also form part of the application process.
The job post stated that the position was freelance, so I had originally applied with the intention of working remotely (I live just over an hour away). It turned out that the company was actually looking for contractors to work on-site.
