It’s disappointing that I’m sharing a negative review, especially as the initial experience was very positive. The team came across as friendly, ambitious, and driven—qualities that resonated with me. However, the interview process itself felt long and somewhat disorganised. There was no clear outline of how many interviews were involved or the structure of the process. I interviewed with three different members of the team, dedicating a considerable amount of time to each conversation. After the fourth interview, though, communication ceased, and I did not receive any feedback or updates, which was frustrating given the effort I had put into the process.
