I applied online and got the generic "Thank you for applying" e-mail. Three days later someone called asking to setup a phone interview which we scheduled for 2 days after that. However, they never called and this past Monday I got a rejection e-mail. I chose "very difficult" for interview difficulty, because it's very difficult to have an interview if they don't call you.
