Initial phone screening with HR, then 1 Phone Interview with CEO , 1 On-site interview at Yard with Operations Manager and CEO. Yard tour so wear work boots as you will be walking in dirt and loose gravel and around metal saws and a lot of dust.

Not many questions from Vitali the CEO He'll show you around and tell you what the job duties are. He waits to see if you want the job and waits on you to sell him on why he should hire you.
