I interviewed at Concentrix (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2025
Interview
It's fairly straight forward, first a written document to assess yourself, this document has a number of questions up to 5 questions to learn more about your background, a one way video interview, a language test then a meeting with a recruiter about the offer
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself and your interest in this role.
Very simple and straightforward. They were relaxed and easy to speak with. Had a fun time with guessing an item which was a kitchen appliance, this served as a base to a successful interview.

Question 1
They asked if I had experience with troubleshooting different types of technical issues.
It was a very easy process with some tests for Typing speeds and internet availability. It was then followed by an AI interview process where we would video our responses.
They make you do all these assessments just for them to deny you. I applied multiple times even though I have the qualifications and still denied. The pay is very cheap as well. Should not have all these assessments and stuff for the little pay
