All of the interviews were virtual (video calls), as well as an online test. The entire process took less than one month from initial application to offer. Ultimately I did not accept the position but the interviewing process was positive.

The process was overall satisfactory, well organized through an online assessment, the timeline was fair, and all questions were clearly answered, making the experience transparent and easy to follow throughout.
2 fasi per una posizione junior, prima con l'hr e poi con la team leader. colloqui molto piacevoli e distesi. Domande di routine, tutto bene, nessun problema. Feedback arrivati velocemente da parte dell'azienda.

Basic sales questions
Don’t go into it expecting a proper sales role in the usual sense.
It’s more like glorified order taking.
Most people already know what they want, and as long as they pass a credit check, that’s pretty much it.
For anyone who actually wants a proper sales job you'll get bored within a week it's repetitive and mind numbing
